This was the earlier version of Sergio Busquets, who despite his tender age, already established himself as one of the best player in the world, and arguably the best defensive midfielder in the world. He's the personification of Pep Guardiola's philosophy, that can be seen from the way he controls the game from his anchor midfield position. You wouldn't believe your own eyes on how a player his age could do something so masterful every time he stepped on to the pitch. By looking at the way he always put his body position perfectly prior to receiving a pass and how he could pick a pass to a team mate with ease, you would believe that he's a seasoned veteran. Every time he managed to escape pressure with minimal effort, you would think that he must have played the game for at least a decade.
